How much is it to attend Bundy's Biggest Picnic?

Bookings on our giant picnic blanket are $10 per family/group.  Each space is approximately 2.5m x 2.1m and fits 4 adults comfortably. You can bring your own picnic food or pre-order a picnic platter (for $30). All event offerings including giant games, silent disco, crafts, board games, conversation starters and live entertainment is for the exclusive enjoyment of picnic participants only.

How do I pre-order a picnic platter?

Event bookings open 9 July 2025 at 10am. Tap the Book Now button above.  At check-out you will be given the option to pre-order a picnic platter. Platters are $30 and include:

OB Finest Wafer Crackers, Mixed Olives, D'orsogna Tasty Sticks, Mild KRC Hungarian Salami, Tasmanian Heritage Double Brie, Hans Kabana

Delivered to you on arrival and recommended to serve two adults

What is the event cancellation policy?

Cancellations by Attendees:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 3โ€“6 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
  • How to Cancel:

Cancellations by Organisers
In the event that the organiser needs to cancel the event/s, all registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible. Attendees will be provided a full refund. The organiser reserves the right to cancel the event if minimum booking numbers are not met. In such cases, full refunds will be provided.

What can we bring with us to the Biggest Picnic?

BYO picnic food and non-alcoholic drinks + your own cutlery, napkins and cups. BYO seating (comfy cushions or camp chairs).

Please don't bring:-

โŒ No alcohol

โŒ No drugs, vapes or cigarettes

โŒ No animals or pets

โŒ No speakers or music

โŒ No BBQs (feel free to use the BBQs at the park, please no grilling on our picnic blanket)

This is a relaxed community picnic. We will have the games, live entertainment and good vibes sorted!

How big is Bundy's Biggest Picnic Blanket?

At our first Biggest Picnic event, we will have 50 spots available. Each spot is 2.45m x 2.1m. The overall space used will be about 260 square metres! Or, about half the size of a basketball court.

What should I expect at Bundy's Biggest Picnic?

One giant picnic blanket, approximately 260 m2! Each picnic spot is approximately 2.5m x 2.1m. There will be giant lawn games, board games, jigsaw puzzles, craft and cards. Live entertainment. Silent disco. Coffee van and of course good vibes!
