School Holiday Football Clinic

School holidays are the perfect excuse to get the kids out of the house and running around with a ball at their feet. If your child loves football, or you've been looking for a way to get them active these holidays, a two-day clinic is heading to Brothers Aston Villa Fields this October.

Brothers Aston Villa FC is hosting a football clinic on Thursday 1 and Friday 2 October, running from 8:30am to 11:30am each day. Thursday is set aside for players from Under 6 to Under 9, and Friday for Under 10 to Under 14. It's open to players from any club, so kids don't need to be signed up with Brothers Aston Villa to take part. Days will be packed with skill development, games and drills, giving kids a chance to learn, play and improve while having fun with others their age. Cost is $45 per person, and players should bring a water bottle, shin pads and a good attitude.

Beyond the skills on the ball, clinics like this give kids a chance to make new friends, work as part of a team, and build a bit of confidence in a supportive environment. It's a good option for families wanting to keep the kids active over the break without a long-term commitment, and a nice way to try football alongside other local kids.
