Christmas in the Precinct 2025
Christmas in the Precinct is on in 2025 with an evening of festive fun for families right across the Bundaberg region. Supported by Restoration Centre and Living Word Fellowships, this community event brings people together for food, music, carols and plenty of activities for children. It’s held at the Bundaberg Recreational Precinct, with the gates opening from 5pm and the event running from 5.30pm to 8.30pm. Families can look forward to a relaxed community atmosphere, a mix of local food options and a program that celebrates the spirit of Christmas. This year’s event is shaping up to be a great way to enjoy time outdoors as the school year winds down.

There will be a wide range of food vendors, giving families plenty to choose from. Woodfired pizzas, hot chips, a sausage sizzle, gelato and a coffee van will be on site, making it easy for families to enjoy dinner or a treat while listening to carols and catching up with friends. The event aims to create a space where families can slow down and enjoy the lead-up to Christmas without any pressure. With the support of local churches and volunteers, the evening brings together people of all ages and backgrounds.
Children will have plenty to keep them busy, with a jumping pillow, a slide and face painting available throughout the night. The combination of rides, music and food makes the precinct feel lively while still being family-friendly. Christmas in the Precinct is a chance for the community to come together, enjoy a warm December evening and celebrate the season. Organisers are hoping for fine weather to help make the night run smoothly and create a great experience for all who attend.
