Community Skate Days and Disco Nights

If you’ve got kids who love to move, skating can be one of those rare activities that works for lots of ages at once. Little ones can wobble their way around with encouragement, older kids can build confidence fast, and teens often love the music and social vibe. Rink Revolution Bundaberg runs regular skate sessions through the year, giving families an easy, active outing that doesn’t need a big plan just turn up, skate, and enjoy a couple of hours together.
Sessions are held at the Bundaberg Recreational Precinct (Main Pavilion Open Area), with two time options on skate days: a Daytime Skate from 12:pm–2pm and a Disco Skate from 5pm–8pm. If you’re planning to go, it’s worth double-checking the latest post via Rink Revolution facebook page or website before you head out.
The 2026 dates shared by Rink Revolution include:
- January: 10
- February: 7, 21
- March: 7, 14
- April: 11, 18
- May: 2, 16
- June: to be confirmed
- July: 4, 11, 25
- August: 1, 15
- September: 19, 26
- October: 24, 31
- November: 14, 28
- December: 5, 19
These kinds of regular community activities matter because they make it easier for families to stay connected and active without needing to commit to a full season or weekly sport. Skating builds balance, coordination and resilience (you get back up, you try again), and it’s also just a fun way to burn energy and share a laugh together.
