Each booking includes a pre-assembled house ready to decorate, making it easy for families to focus on the fun parts. A complementary grazing table will be available throughout the night, giving everyone something to nibble on as they build, chat and enjoy the festive setting.

Table bookings are essential to help organisers prepare enough food and cater for dietary needs. With house orders closing on 7 November, families are encouraged to get in early to secure their spot. Participants can bring their favourite lolly decorations to personalise their creations, adding a fun and colourful touch to each gingerbread house. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming and ideal for groups looking for a Christmas activity that isn’t rushed or overcrowded. Take-home packs are also available for those who prefer to decorate at home or want to continue the fun later.
The evening aims to bring people together during the busy festive season, giving families a chance to slow down and enjoy quality time. Children can get hands-on with decorating while adults enjoy the social side of the event.
