Summer School Holidays at Little Life Warriors 2025

Children aged 7 to 12 can take part in a unique and engaging school holiday workshop designed to help them understand today’s online world in a safe and creative way. The Standing Strong Cyber Safety Workshops, facilitated by Play Therapist Alison from Little Life Warriors, use storytelling, discussion and art-making to guide children through the new social media rules and what those changes mean for their digital lives. These sessions aim to make cyber safety less overwhelming by giving kids practical strategies they can use every day, all within a supportive and child-friendly environment.

Each workshop explores The Quest of the Digital Dragons, a creative program that helps children build strong decision-making skills around online behaviour. Through story-based learning, kids look at which apps and platforms are age-appropriate, what is now off-limits under the updated rules, and why these changes exist to protect young people. The sessions also cover how to find healthier alternatives to screen time, helping children balance their digital world with real-life play, friendships and self-care.
Alison guides each group through hands-on activities that allow children to express their thoughts and feelings while learning practical cyber safety tools. The workshop is delivered in a small, calm setting to encourage participation, confidence and resilience. Families looking for a thoughtful, supportive and creative session will find this program offers a positive way for children to better understand technology and stay safe online.
