We’re Hiring – Administrator
Location: Bundaberg, QLD (Hybrid: Home and Office based on work needs)

Are you an organised and friendly admin superstar who loves variety and values community? Wide Bay Kids is on the lookout for a reliable Administrator to join our small and passionate team! We connect families across the Wide Bay region with events, services, and activities and we need someone who can help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing emails and inboxes
- Providing helpful customer service via phone and email
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Assisting with local event coordination
- Researching family-friendly events and activities across the region
- Supporting general admin tasks like data entry, minute-taking, and file management
- Helping with a little bit of everything – no two days are the same!
What We’re Looking For
- Clear and professional communicator
- Super organised with great time managementComfortable using Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft and learning new systems
- Friendly, helpful, and approachable
- Able to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
Bonus Points For
- Previous admin or customer service experience
- Experience coordinating events or projects
- Familiarity with platforms like Canva, ActiveCampaign, Microsoft or Google Workspace
- An understanding of families, community organisations, or the local region
