Woodgate’s most creative weekend is back this October! From Friday, 3 October to Monday, 6 October 2025, the Woodgate Community Events team will once again host the Arts in Spring Festival, a four-day celebration of creativity, community, and connection.

📍 Woodgate Community Hall & Park, Seventh Avenue, Woodgate
The festival begins with the Gala Exhibition Opening on Friday night at 6pm, offering the first look at an incredible collection of works from featured artists. Guests can enjoy a stylish evening of fine art and conversation, with all artworks available for purchase. Tickets are available now.
Across the weekend, the Youth Art Exhibit also returns for its second year, showcasing the creativity of young artists. Families are encouraged to visit and support the next generation of talent.
Saturday is a full day of activity with the exhibition open from 9am to 3pm. Start the morning with Yoga in the Park ($5 donation) or join the Banksia Nature Walk at 9am. Drop by the Cuppa Jo Coffee Van (10am–3pm) or enjoy a sausage sizzle by the Woodgate Beach Community Bus (10am–2pm).
At 1pm, Lesley Christensen will host a workshop, Paper Piecing with a Twist. Sewing kits will be available for $5, and no bookings are required. Meanwhile, Art in the Park runs from 10am to 3pm with stalls including:

- Woodgate Craft Group
- Ol Meri Wantok Traditional Weavers
- Woodgate Rocks
- Conroi Crafters Guild
On Sunday, the exhibition opens again (9am–3pm) with another morning yoga session ($5 donation).
The festival wraps up on Monday with the exhibition open from 8am to 1pm alongside the artisan markets and live music in the park, a chance to pick up something special and enjoy the final day of creativity.
