We love Apex Park at Pialba Hervey Bay, being fully fenced it’s the perfect spot to contain our younger kids, whilst still having plenty for the bigger ones.
Our WBK’s call this ‘Imagination Park’! Every time we visit their imaginations run wild taking inspiration from the low ropes sailing ship and the sand kitchen.
Playground
This fully fenced playground is located under shady trees and is great to visit at any time of the day. There is a fabulous sand table the younger kids will love and great climbing cubes for the older kids.
You will also find a low ropes course in the shape of a ship, a small slide, swings, a few bouncy trucks, a see-saw and some whales to climb all over.
Picnic Areas and Paths
There are several large covered picnic areas with benches, tables and bbq’s within the park. There are also many shady spots, bring your picnic blanket and take your pick. Several paths within the park lead you on a nature walk perfect for bikes and scooters.
Basketball Court
A basketball court is located within the park.
