Backyard Adventures Science Exhibition headed for Maryborough

After the roaring success of the Explor-a-saurus Exhibition earlier this year a second exhibition is on its way to Maryborough’s City Hall.  The Backyard Science Adventures Exhibition will be at the Maryborough City Hall during the Christmas school holiday period from November 14 to Janurary 31.

The Backyard Science Adventures Exhibition focuses on biology and ecology; weather and soil science; physics, engineering and electronics; horticulture and agriculture.  The exhibition will enable children to engage with the exhibits and then take that knowledge home and apply it in their own backyards.

The exhibition includes 17 interactive science exhibits which draw children into gardens through the eyes of different creatures.  Children will have fun learning about the world through the eyes of a bee or some noisy creepy crawlies.
