Bundaberg Botanic Gardens Kids Activity Trail
My First Kids Activity Trail – Let’s Find Shapes! (3 – 7 years)
A great way to introduce kids to the Botanic Gardens by searching for shapes.
There are 10 activities to do in the Gardens, and then five more to do in the car or at home as well as a free drawing page.
Kids Activity Trail (8 – 12 years)
Would you like to meet the Brazilian Silk floss tree, discover the King fern and learn about brush turkeys?
There are opportunities for drawing, matching, measuring, sketching, word find and decoding words.
Where can I pick the free booklets up at the Gardens?
Hinkler Hall of Aviation, Cafe 1928, the Bundaberg and District Historical Museum, or download the booklets below.
What should I bring?
Bring a pencil or pen to help you complete some of the activities, put on some sunscreen and don’t forget your hat!
Pick up a FREE Kids Activity Trail sheet at Cafe 1928, Hinkler Hall of Aviation or the Bundaberg Historical Museum and head off on a Garden adventure!
Check back in each school holidays for the next activity sheet or download them here.
