Christmas Story Trail Adventure – Hervey Bay

In Search of Christmas Trail……..Discover the reason for the Season

Members of the Hervey Bay community are invited to join the combined Churches- “In Search of Christmas Trail” to discover more about the reason for the season.

Displays will be set up at seven local churches telling the Biblical story of Christmas.  The Trail will begin at the Salvation Army Church in Urangan and finish at the Hervey Bay Baptist Church at Nikenbah, with stops at five Churches along the route (Uniting, Anglican, Bayside Christian Church, Church of Christ and Fraser Coast Baptist).

A map of the route will be provided at the first stop and each family will be given a gift bag to collect small gifts along the trail.

Visitors are encouraged to bring their mobile phones to scan a QR code which will help to explain some of the scenes. Families can also take a photo in the Manger scene at the last stop.

The trail will operate over four evening’s from Sunday 20^th December to Wednesday 23rd December, from 7pm -9pm.

Covid  safe procedures will be in place at each venue.

The  Search for Christmas Story Trail is a gift from the Christian churches of Hervey Bay to our community this Christmas.
