Connections Play Therapy and Consultancy
Connections Play Therapy and Consultancy Bundaberg provides counselling to children in a supportive and therapeutic environment, purposefully designed for children to heal through play. Accepting all referrals, private and NDIS clients welcome between 2 and 12 years. Play Therapy is an effective intervention for problems children may experience with additional needs, behaviour, social adjustment and personality.
Jasmine Harris, owner, offers parent/carer consultations to gather information about the child, family and set collaborative goals for the play therapy sessions. The Play Therapy process is a journey where a child will move through four stages of play and each individual child will respond differently depending on their individual needs.
In addition, Jasmine can provide early childhood education and care services and schools with professional development and mentoring around embedding play therapy techniques in the classroom and developing pro social skills and social and emotional development in children
