Kids Intermediate Cooking Classes

• Classes start Monday 24th April
• 3.45pm – 5.25pm

• Ages 11-16yrs
• Limited spots, booking essential

HSG at the Gardens have decided to run an Intermediate Kids Program.

Its a 5 session commitment over the school term and on the 5th session, your child, as part of a team with Chef Dion will produce an Italian Style buffet for your families enjoyment.

It’s a skills advancement program, allowing your child to truly engage with cooking, being confident around the gas cookers, mixing flavours and honing on knife skills.

These classes will be tailored for kids from 11-16years old and there will be all foods supplied.

Kids will have access to an apron, knives & all kitchen stuff and will need to wear enclosed footwear & bring a water bottle with them.
