**Due to the easing of COVID restrictions for outdoor events, Bundaberg Regional Council will release an additional 500 tickets for each night (Saturday, 12 December & Sunday, 13 December) of Merry & Bright.

Merry and Bright” set to dazzle Botanic Gardens! Merry and Bright is a new Christmas event set to dazzle the Bundaberg region with a magical illumination display at the Botanic Gardens.

For two nights only on 12 and 13 December, the Botanic Gardens will become “enchanted” as Merry and Bright spreads Christmas cheer.

This event will delight young and old with roving entertainers hosting a glow show and local singers performing throughout the evening. There will be a nativity show, craft activities for the kids, free train rides, alpacas and a special visit from Santa Claus.

Food and drinks will be available from Cafe 1928 and a variety of food vendors.

Parking will not be available within the Botanic Gardens Complex for this event. Parking will be available at North Bundaberg State School. SES will be in attendance to assist.

Entry is free, but tickets are essential and are strictly limited (due to COVID restrictions).
