Looking for a way to unplug the kids and get them outdoors these school holidays? Wild Gully Therapy & Nature Play is running two immersive Bush & Beach Day events at Mon Repos and Gorman Park, Burnett Heads – both designed to get children aged 5 to 14 off screens and reconnected with nature.
With full-day or half-day sessions available, each event offers a blend of guided bush adventures, hands-on beach play, nature-based games, and sensory experiences. Kids will explore local ecosystems, build confidence, and form friendships – all supported by experienced facilitators using therapy-informed practices that support social connection, emotional regulation, and resilience.
These sessions are designed especially for kids who thrive outdoors and love adventure, discovery, and creativity. It’s a fantastic opportunity for school holiday fun with purpose – kids will come home sandy, happy, and inspired.
