Bargara Beach Campout 2026
Cars, cruising and a weekend by the coast are coming together for the Bargara Beach Campout 2026, hosted by Rum City Rods and Customs over the King’s Birthday long weekend.
Running from Friday 2 October to Sunday 4 October 2026, the campout will bring car enthusiasts and visitors together at Bargara for a social weekend of motoring activities, camping and community connection. Activities will be centred around Nielsen Park, with one of the weekend highlights being the Auto-Mazing Car Show and Show & Shine on Sunday 4 October at the nearby Field.
Families are welcome to head along on Sunday to check out the range of cars on display and enjoy a morning out in Bargara. Vehicles will arrive between 6:30am and 8:30am, before the Show & Shine opens from 9am – 1pm.
With the event falling right in the middle of the Spring School Holidays, it’s another activity families can add to their holiday plans, particularly for kids who love cars, hot rods and checking out interesting vehicles.
