Kids Lock In – Spring School Holidays
Kids Lock In at The Art and Pottery Studio is giving children a chance to spend the September School Holidays creating, building and having fun with a full day of hands-on activities. Designed for children aged 8 years and over, the lock-in sessions are a great option for kids who enjoy art, pottery, LEGO and making things from their imagination.
Across the day, children can get creative with a range of activities designed to keep busy hands and curious minds entertained. They can paint their own ceramic piece, build their own pottery creation and spend time building with LEGO. There is also an opportunity to create a short animated movie using LEGO, giving kids the chance to turn their builds and ideas into their own little story.
The Kids Lock In will run during the Spring school holidays, with two sessions available on Tuesday 22 September and Tuesday 29 September 2026. Each session runs from 9am to 3pm, giving children a full day to create, experiment and enjoy time with other young people.
Food is included, with morning tea and lunch provided, so families can send their children along knowing they will be catered for throughout the day. The activity is suitable for ages 8 and over, although families with younger children who are interested in attending are encouraged to contact The Art and Pottery Studio to discuss whether the session may be suitable. With painting, pottery, LEGO building and animation all included, the Kids Lock In offers plenty of opportunities for children to make something of their own while enjoying the school holidays.
