Bundaberg Gemfair 2026

Discover a world of sparkling gemstones, colourful crystals, fossils and minerals at Bundaberg Gemfair 2026, returning to the Main Pavilion at the Bundaberg Recreational Precinct on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November.
Organised by the Bundaberg Gem and Mineral Society, the event brings together more than 50 traders, offering plenty for gemstone enthusiasts, collectors, jewellery lovers and curious families to explore. Visitors can browse a wide variety of gemstones, crystals, fossils and minerals, with pieces ranging from natural specimens to beautiful stones and jewellery. Whether you’re an experienced collector or simply enjoy looking at the colours, patterns and shapes found in nature, there will be plenty to catch your eye. The fair will also feature jewellery and lapidary supplies, making it a useful stop for anyone interested in working with stones or creating their own pieces. You might even find a unique gift or something special to add to your collection.
Families are welcome, too. Children can enjoy seeing the different displays and discovering more about the fascinating world of rocks, minerals and crystals. Entry is $5, with children under 12 admitted free, making it an affordable outing for families looking for something different to do over the weekend. When it’s time for a break, a barbecue and an air-conditioned café will be available, giving visitors somewhere to grab a bite and recharge before continuing their browse.
The fair opens at 9am on Saturday, with the event closing at 3pm on Sunday. With two days to explore the stalls, there’s time to take a closer look at the displays and chat with traders about their collections and products.
