Bundy Beats on the Streets 2025
Bundy Beats on the Streets is a youth-led interactive event designed to immerse young people in Bundaberg’s landmarks. The event includes silent disco headphones with live commentary, music, virtual reality and giant games in the park.
This event has been funded by a Queensland Youth Week 2025 Community Event Grant.
Silent Disco
Forget traditional speakers! Everyone receives a pair of high-quality wireless stereo headphones, delivering crisp, clear sound directly to their ears. To an outsider, it might look like everyone is dancing in silence, but you’ll soon hear the crowd start to hum and sing along. Before long, everyone is dancing and having a blast. Now, it’s your turn to join in and feel the magic. Come dance like no one’s watching at Bundy Beats on the Streets!
Event Details:
- 📆 Monday, 7th April - Friday, 11th April 2025
- ⏰ Daily at 10am-11am (15 minute sessions)
- 📍 Location: Bundaberg Botanic Gardens, Figtree Chapel (Mount Perry Rd entrance)
- 🎟️ Cost: Free! Just turn up. Everyone is welcome! No bookings required. Limited to 9 people per session.
About the Event:
Bundaberg Botanic Gardens will transform into a lively disco scene, where you can dance to your favourite tunes with our interconnected light-up wireless headphones. Each person controls their own music volume, ensuring a safe and personalised experience.

Get ready for oversized fun with our Giant Outdoor Games! Challenge your friends to life-sized versions of classic games like Guess Who, Battleship, and Scrabble. These giant games bring a whole new level of excitement and friendly competition!
