Fraser Coast Library
Fraser Coast Library provides an awesome service to our region with libraries located at Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Tiaro, Burrum Heads and Howard.
My kids absolutely love to visit the library, we can spend hours at a time there. During the school holidays all library centres apart from Woodgate provide some great free school holiday activities to keep the kids occupied.
Regular Library Sessions Fraser Coast Libraries host regular free activities and events for children from birth to 5 years. These session are held weekly in Hervey Bay and Maryborough and twice monthly at Tiaro and Howard.
The sessions include rattle and rhyme for children aged birth to 2 years, and story time for children aged 2 years to 5 years. Sessions involve a mix of story telling, singing, puppet play, and craft for the older children. You can read about the session here.
School Holiday Activities Fraser Coast Libraries host a range of free and low cost activities for children during school breaks. Click here to read about Fraser Coast Libraries School Holiday activities.
