Looking for something fun to do with your Wide Bay Kids during the Winter School Holidays? Sign them up for one of Harvesting Balance School Holiday Workshops and Classes!

Aleesha from Harvesting Balance offers a variety of classes ranging from dancing, group work, games, script creation, acting exercises plus games.  Your Wide Bay Kids can also experience a workshop based on reducing and managing stress. These school holiday workshops will ensure your kids have a blast while learning something new!

Classes are available in Childers, Bundaberg and Gin Gin.

Girls Club - Movement for Wellbeing 
A class for JUST GIRLS to experience wellbeing through the lens of movement on the holidays. Beautiful activities such as dancing, stretching, breath work, group work + games fill this hour long class with fun, connection + lightness.

Tween + Teenage GIRLS ONLY Workshops:
Love Yourself - The importance of self love
A 1.5 hour GIRLS ONLY workshop based on the importance of self love. This workshop is foundational work where seeds are planted, important conversations are had + a number of self love techniques are shared + tested out. You as a parent/guardian will be given a list of the techniques used within this session to continue the conversation at home, help encourage your daughter to regularly implement the techniques learnt and even practice them together as a way of bonding.

Tween + Teenage MIXED Workshops:
Stress Less - Reducing and managing stress + anxiety
A 1.5 hour workshop based on reducing and managing stress + anxiety where both GIRLS AND BOYS are welcome. Attending this workshop will not 'cure' your child's anxiety or even eliminate daily stresses - this takes time + practice. This however, is a workshop designed to bring these big emotions to the light, letting your child know that they are not alone in their experiences. Stress Less will gently guide children through a range of relaxation strategies, teaching them a variety of different ways to calm their minds + bodies. Your child will be given a handout to take home to continue practicing these strategies and to start implementing them into their daily lives.

Tween + Teenage MIXED Taster Session for Term Classes:
Drama Llamas - Drama classes - Homeschool + Afterschool classes
These hour long sessions are for GIRLS AND BOYS and can either be treated as a 'taster' session or simply as something fun to do on the holidays. Drama Llamas is designed to build confidence + creativity levels through engaging activities such as games, group work, script creation + acting exercises.
