The Great Easter Egg Hunt at Hervey Bay Botanic Gardens 2025
A fun-filled Easter adventure is coming to the Hervey Bay Botanic Gardens these school holidays! From April 7 to 21, 2025, families are invited to take part in The Great Easter Egg Hunt, an exciting activity trail perfect for kids of all ages.
The Easter Bunny has lost his colourful eggs and needs your help to find them! All you need to do is head down to the gardens during opening hours, grab a map from The Orchid House or the Urangan Community Wellness Centre, and follow the clues to uncover the missing eggs. It’s a great way to enjoy the gardens while keeping the little ones engaged and active.

To kick off the Easter holidays, don’t miss the Easter Family Fun Day on Monday, April 7 from 10am to 2pm. This special event includes an Easter egg hunt, face painting, a petting zoo, and delicious food and drink vans on site. Bring a picnic blanket, enjoy the beautiful surrounds, and celebrate Easter with a day full of family fun.
