Kids Lock In – Winter School Holiday Fun
Looking for a creative, screen-free day for your kids these school holidays? The Art & Pottery Studio is bringing back their popular Kids Lock In for two full days of artistic fun on 1st and 8th July 2025.

⏰ – 9am–3.30pm (Drop-off from 8.30am)
📍 – The Art & Pottery Studio, Shed 4/16 Collins St, Bundaberg East
🎟️ - $110 each
Lock-in days are suitable for kids aged 8 and up and run from 9am to 3.30pm (with drop-off available from 8.30am). Kids will spend the day creating in the pottery studio, where they’ll make a unique clay piece by hand. Next, they’ll head into animation mode using LEGO bricks, laser lights, and a smoke machine to create their own short stop-motion film. To finish the day, they’ll choose a premade ceramic item from the studio wall and decorate it using colourful underglazes.
Lunch and snacks are included. Kids can choose either sandwiches or sushi (nominated on the booking form), with seasonal fruit and crisps provided for snacks. Just pack a water bottle and make sure they’re in enclosed shoes and comfy clothes for crafting.
It’s a fantastic opportunity for kids to get creative, make new friends, and take home their handmade creations. Spots are limited, so early booking is recommended.
Pottery sessions at the studio are available for children aged 6 and up if a parent stays to assist.
