Queens Park Maryborough
Queens Park Maryborough
Queens Park Maryborough is a gorgeous park with many majestic old trees and rolling hills, the perfect place for kids to explore!
Being one of Australia's earliest botanic gardens, and heritage-listed, Queen Park covers 5.2 hectares right in the heart of Maryborough. Sweeping river views, rolling green lawns, towering trees and unique heritage features are scattered throughout this park........the kids will absolutely love it!
Our Wide Bay Kids adore the huge Banyan Tree located in the park near the Rotunda. It is so big they love to play hide and seek in it. We have trouble tearing them away!
Bring your bikes, scooters, or skates and follow the great path along the river. Perfect for picnics with restaurants close by as well.
