Swimming Pool Hervey Bay Aquatic Centre

The best swimming pool Hervey Bay has on offer is the Hervey Bay Aquatic Centre. We love this place. Our Wide Bay Kids especially enjoy the large lagoon.

Pools

The aquatic centre has the following pools

• 8 lane outdoor 50m pool
• large outdoor lagoon complete with slides, tipping bucket, sprinkler mushrooms and the like
• 8 lane heated indoor learn-to-swim pool

Facilities

Change facilities, toilets, many shaded areas with tables and benches. There are also plenty of shady trees and a bbq. Fully operational canteen. They also operate special inflatable days during the school holidays.

Opening Times

The pool is open all year round.

Monday, Wednesday to Friday: 5.30am to 7pm
Tuesday: 5.30am to 6pm
Saturday: 8am to 6pm (1 September to 30 April) and 8am to 12noon (1 May to 31 August)
Sunday: 9am to 6pm (1 September to 30 April) and 9am to 12noon (1 May to 31 August)
Public Holidays: 10am to 5pm (closed Good Friday and Christmas Day)
ANZAC Day: 12:30pm – 5:00pm
