PRODUCT SAFETY RECALL
Water Bottle found in the BIGW “Back to School” Backpack
Big W have issued a water bottle recall. Water bottles found in their “Back to School” Backpack packs have been found to be faulty.
The recall is due to reports of the rubber on the bottles coming loose and detaching from the bottle and the potential choking hazard this poses.
To ascertain if you own one of these water bottles please check the article number located on the swing tag on the back of the back pack with those listed in the description section below.
Customers should immediately cease using the water bottle and return it to any BIG W store for a refund. All other components of the backpack bundle are not affected by the recall and can continue to be used.

DEFECT: The rubber top on the bottle may become loose during use resulting in it detaching from it.
HAZARD: The detached rubber top may pose a potential choking hazard.
WHERE SOLD: This product has been sold in BIG W stores nationally from 21 December 2015 to 20 January 21 January 2016
