Winter School holidays are a great time for kids to slow down, use their hands, and enjoy making something that feels completely their own. School Holidays with The Art and Pottery Studio gives children the chance to get creative with clay, ceramics and pottery painting in a calm, hands-on setting. Whether your child already loves art or just needs something different to try during the break, these sessions offer a practical way to keep busy, build confidence and enjoy some creative freedom.
Creative activities give kids more than something fun to do for an hour or two. Working with clay and paint helps children practise patience, problem-solving and fine motor skills, while also giving them the freedom to make choices and express themselves. The Art and Pottery Studio is running a range of school holiday activities across 30 June, 2 July, 7 July and 9 July 2026. Sessions include Kids Lock In, Kids Pottery, birthday plate making, ceramic painting and a full day of creative freedom. Activities are suitable for children aged 6 years and over.
The sessions will be held at The Art and Pottery Studio, 4/16 Collins Street, East Bundaberg. Times vary depending on the activity, with Kids Lock In running from 9am to 3pm and Kids Pottery running from 2pm to 3:15pm. Costs vary depending on the activity. Bookings are essential and can be made through the studio’s website.
