Cha Cha Chocolate – Easter in the Gardens 2023

Cha Cha Chocolate - Easter in the Gardens 2023
Cha Cha Chocolate are proudly sponsoring Easter in the Gardens with their egg, The Big Goog.
In October 2017, Cha Cha Chocolate commenced its operations as a "pop-up shop". Within a few weeks of its launch, owner, Melanice, realised that she was going to be doing this for a lot longer! Fast forward six years, and the business now enjoys a constant stream of visitors, both from the local community and around the globe.
Positioned within the Bundaberg CBD on Bourbong Street, the Cha Cha Chocolate window display changes as regularly as the seasons. Easter & Christmas are the most exciting times of the year, step inside and you are transported into a truely magical shopping experience.
We asked Melanice what sponsoring Easter in the Gardens means to her and Cha Cha Chocolate.
"Creating community events through the arts are so important, it brings all of us together with colour & joy."
"Easter is a special time of the year to celebrate with our families. The long weekend gives us all an opportunity to slow things things down, the colours & flavours of Easter get us excited & it’s a magic time for the chocolate shop as we love watching our local customers and tourists selecting bunnies & eggs for Easter weekend."

The Big Goog Artist: Lili Jacobsen, Wattle Woman

Lili says:
"I am Wattle Woman!
I am on a journey of creative self-discovery and connection to Culture and Country through jewellery making, painting and sculpting.
My biggest inspiration is Country and the beautiful Flora and Fauna found here as well as my First Nations and mixed heritage.
Art is how I heal and those who have followed my journey feel that connection to spirit. They share the value of celebrating the beauty of our multicultural country which is what my art represents.
Our Wattle Tribe is made up of those who resonate with this notion and keep their head up with pride."
