DNA Aqua Fitness has a great range of water fitness classes suitable for all fitness levels to achieve weight & fitness goals. Water allows a great range of movement, builds strength, flexibility & muscle tone. Best of all the water provides impact protection, it is therapeutic and Donna and her team make sure you are always having Fun!

Choreographed to music with a mixture of deep & shallow water moves and a great range of equipment there is something for everyone. In keeping up with the latest in water fitness treads you will find a great mix of classes – Tabata – Plyometric – Pump and coming this season Mums’n’Bubs Aqua Aerobics and Water Resist a water cycling class (four class times each season, bookings essential).

DNA Aqua KickFit

DNA Aqua KickFit is a water fitness program created by Donna to offer a unique lap swimming experience. Using a kickboard and fins participants follow a kick-set pattern. The help and challenge from using kick-board & fins even enables a non-swimmer to glide through the water feeling fully supported whilst working hard.

Australia Day Aqua Fundraiser 2016

Every Australia Day DNA Aqua Aerobics and AquaFun & Fitness join forces to present an energetic Aqua Aerobics class to raise funds for a local in need. A fantastic morning of raffle prizes, sausage sizzle & Aqua Aerobics true to the Aussie spirit of mates helping mates! This is a wonderful community event.
