Chalk Easter Eggs

This is such a fun and simply activity to create with your Wide Bay Kids during the Easter School Holidays this year. Our Kids enjoyed making these and thought we would show you how to make your own Chalk Easter Eggs at home. You can usually find all the supplies in a draw somewhere at home, it isn’t messy and the kids will stay occupied for 30 minutes to an 1 hour with this one. You can share your designs with us, we would love to see what you create – use the hashtag #widebaykidseaster and we will share your creations. Here is how you can make one of your own.

What you need:

Chalk
Card
Scissors
Sticky
Tape
Water

What you do:

Cut out large egg shapes using the card
Use the tape to make a design on the egg shape
Once you are happy with your design, begin using the chalk dipped in water to paint with
Let the eggs dry before taking the tape.
