Meet 'Bocky the BOQ Easter Egg' Artist: Kate Neal
The artist and illustrator behind Kate Victoria Creative, Kate Neal, has been passionate about art and creation from a young age, exploring various mediums such as drawing, painting and digital art. With a background in graphic design, Kate's style is described as animated and playful. Starting out by creating and selling artwork prints online and at markets, Kate has now established her own studio called the Kate Victoria Creative Studio, located in Bundaberg CBD. The studio offers painting workshops and has become a platform for Kate to share her art with others. Alongside her studio work, Kate has also collaborated with several companies and painted murals. With a bright future ahead, Kate hopes to continue creating and collaborating on more exciting projects.
The egg design sponsored by BOQ Bundaberg's Trudy Azzopardi aims to represent Trudy's support for the community and local businesses. The yellow and blue colors of BOQ are incorporated into the hen house in the artwork to represent the business, while the hens symbolize Trudy's nurturing nature. The eggs represent all that she gives and the flowers represent how she helps the community grow and flourish.
